Operations Analyst (Part-Time, Student Position)

Voyantis is looking for a motivated student to join our Operations team as an Operations Analyst!

The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth operations.

As a part-time student position, the analyst will be responsible for flagging and solving incidents, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with R&D, Delivery, and customer success teams. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in operational support and system management.

Note- This is a part-time position that requires 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and operations to ensure they meet performance and availability standards.
• Flag and solve urgent incidents, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and customer success teams to address operational issues and improve processes.
• Maintain and update monitoring and alerting systems.
• Prepare and provide regular status updates and reports on system performance and incident management.
  
  

• Currently pursuing a technical bachelor’s degree (3rd/4th year) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
• Basic understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and address issues effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and respond to urgent situations.
