In this position, you will be responsible for the Maintenance department.

Job Location:

Migdal Ha'Emek is located in the northern part of Israel.

The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has about 300 employees, most of whom produce capacitors that are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• To response to all maintenance problems.
• To keep minimal downtime, constant improvement.
• To guide team leaders in solving maintenance problems.
• To Introduce new machines and products for joint work Improving the machines.
• To assure the safety of the employees in the maintenance department.
• To give technical support for machines and equipment on the production floor.
• To have responsibility for the maintenance of the equipment and the technical warehouse.
• To accompany and initiating new equipment projects - characterization, technical negotiations, absorption and assimilation of the equipment.
• To assure employee training, knowledge accumulation.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Education: Engineer (B.sc), mechanical / Electrical background.
• Projects management - Advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• High Management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
