About the role:

About the Role:

The emergence of generative AI is changing the landscape of data science and engineering. At Tastewise, we believe that with this change comes a transformation in the role of the AI Engineer. We are seeking an ambitious AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and a proven track record of developing and deploying end-to-end solutions in a production environment.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate advanced AI models—including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning agents, and prompt optimization techniques—into our platform. Your work will directly impact how major food and beverage brands make data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI.
• Fine-tune and deploy AI agents for various applications within our platform.
• Research and identify innovative solutions for complex problems using the latest advancements in AI.
• Integrate AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Process and analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.

• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Experience with fine-tuning models and developing AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python, especially in production environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and containerization tools like Docker.
