As a Media Buyer, your key responsibilities will include designing, launching, and refining media buying initiatives aimed at securing high-quality traffic within the financial sector. You will assess performance metrics and realign strategies to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintaining collaborative relationships with media associates, negotiating beneficial agreements, and managing advertising expenditures will also fall under your purview. You are expected to perform market analysis and competitor assessments to discover trends and potential growth areas within the fintech landscape. Staying informed on industry shifts, regulatory changes, and new advertising platforms is essential to keep our initiatives ahead of the competition. Providing detailed reports with actionable insights and making data-informed strategic recommendations will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in A/B testing of creative assets and landing pages to enhance conversion rates and overall return on investment (ROI). Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams is necessary to develop appealing ad creatives and landing page designs. You will also oversee and enhance tracking and analytics tools intended to measure campaign effectiveness and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer – Essential

- Profound understanding of the fintech market, including key players and current trends

- Proficiency in negotiating and managing media buying contracts

- Familiarity with various advertising platforms, tracking systems, and analytical tools

- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities

- Capacity to perform autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment

- Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with industry developments and new advertising solutions

- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and resourcefulness when faced with challenges

- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese will be considered a plus)
