Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all project phases, from planning and design to development and launch, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Team Assembly and Leadership: Build and manage a team of designers and developers to bring each project to life.
• Timeline Management: Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Resource and Hours Management: Track and manage team hours to keep projects efficient and on budget.
• Multi-Project Handling: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
• Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing clear and timely updates.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in Web Project Management: Minimum of 1 year, with 2 years preferred.
• Technical Knowledge in Website Development: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Programming Languages: Advantageous.
• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Able to guide a team and work well with others.
• Self-Learner: Eager to keep up with new skills and technologies.
• Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and client-focused.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks: Comfortable working under pressure with multiple concurrent projects.
• Client Meetings: Confidently present project milestones in Hebrew and English.
• Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically and suggest improvements.
