Sales Team Manager

A sales center team manager with great interpersonal skills is needed by a big, well-known Tel Aviv tourism company!

The role includes:

• Management of the team in the sales department
• Providing a professional response to representatives and handling reports
• Ongoing support and motivation for the agents to meet sales goals
• Managing a matrix and interacting with numerous organizational interfaces
• Improving the customer experience
• An experience in managing a call-center and a team is required
