We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative Web Brand Designer to join the industry’s most inventive design team. In this role, you’ll help shape and scale accessiBe’s brand across digital platforms, crafting a distinct, engaging visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine accessiBe’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Design and iterate on website components, ensuring a cohesive design system.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Marketing teams on new and updated marketing campaigns.
• Provide high-quality design services to various departments, including R&D, Marketing, Content, HR, and Management.
• Create innovative, impactful marketing assets to engage potential clients and users.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web brand and marketing design, preferably within a high-tech setting.
• Expertise across all stages of the design process, with strong skills in digital visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expert-level skills in building components, managing design systems, and creating interactive prototypes.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated strengths in web and marketing design.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• B.Des/M.Des from a top design academy (Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT preferred).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI platforms like Midjourney and Runway.
