UX Product Design

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating meaningful user experiences, and the ability to tackle design challenges in a creative and strategic manner. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to balance business and technical needs with user experience, producing cohesive and impactful design systems.

#### Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process end-to-end, from concept to implementation, across multiple platforms
• Collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to create design solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Develop and maintain design systems that reflect brand values and address user needs
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing complex platform and mobile application designs
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, balancing user needs with business objectives
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to bring creativity and precision to all design work
• Experience with user research and usability testing, transforming insights into actionable designs
• Effective communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
