Job Summary:

A global company is looking for an Oncology Lung Franchise Lead, to drive and reach the business goals and lead the marketing processes in the field.

Subordination to the director of the oncology unit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading the brand and the commercial marketing activity - of both pre-launch and existing products, and promoting the field teams in action.
• Examining processes in the field and trends and strengthening the brand.
• Building sales forecasts and planning processes at the annual and quarterly level.
• Leading the staff, developing apprenticeship programs and continuous improvement.
• Promotion and management of strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences - mandatory
• Master's degree in business administration/advanced science degree - an advantage
• Proven experience in team and product management - a must
• Previous experience in the field of oncology - mandatory
• Business and strategic thinking
• Ability to lead tasks and people
• Proven management skills
