We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager to create and execute our marketing strategy and help us broadcast our brand message to the world. 

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage and mentor the marketing team, including the photographer, content creator, and designer.

•⁠ ⁠Planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

•⁠ ⁠Manage digital marketing activities to generate leads for the sales department, including SEM and SEO.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan based on company growth goals.

•⁠ ⁠Planning and representing the company at industry conferences and webinars.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with PR firms and various platforms to enhance the company's reputation and appearance.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure brand consistency with meticulous attention to detail, aligning with company goals.

Requirements and skills

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent English skills (presentation and writing) - A MUST.

•⁠ ⁠Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO and SEM.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in planning and managing industry events.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in hyper-growth startups.

•⁠ ⁠Creative with broad vision and a collaborative team player.
