Deployment Engineer

RADCOM is a leading expert in automated service assurance solutions for telecom operators running 5G/4G networks. RADCOM assurance solution helps operators monitor data in real time and proactively resolve customer experience issues before they impact your business for mobile and fixed networks. Our product includes automated assurance, advanced network insights, AI-powered analytics, and cloud-native network visibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications using Kubernetes.
• Administer and optimize Linux-based systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance and application functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in similar position.
• Proven experience with Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or Virtualization (e.g., AWS, Open Stack, VMware).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
