Network Specialist

We’re hiring a Junior Network Specialist to support our growing network infrastructure and client service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (Layers 2-3), applying knowledge of VPN, SIP, TCP, WAN, LAN and VLAN protocols.
• Configure and manage MikroTik firewalls and Aruba/Ruijie switches.
• Provide client support via email, phone, CRM, and omni-channel platforms.
• Manage SIP servers and VoIP services.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, MikroTik Certified).
• Strong understanding of OSI model, network protocols and hands-on firewall experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage client tickets efficiently.
• Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
