System Analyst

A CRM System Analyst for a large and successful Company in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM Dynamics

-Design and document interfaces for internal and external systems to ensure seamless integration

-Develop and maintain SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs

-Create and manage ERDs to visually represent data relationships and structures

-Conduct testing and validation of CRM configurations and enhancements

-Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of CRM systems

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a CRM Systems Analyst, specifically with CRM Dynamics
• Experience in interface design for both internal and external systems
• Proficient in SQL and experience in designing ERDs
• Familiarity with Apex programming language
• Experience in core system design and specification - an advantage
