🔍 Role Overview: As a PBX , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling incoming calls and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering outstanding service.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Handle guest complaints and issues with a problem-solving approach.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

💼 Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
