Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our SASE sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Harmony SASE License Management: Be the focal point for all queries related to H-SASE licenses, manage the complete lifecycle of Harmony SASE licenses, including assignment, activation, issue resolution, and maintenance.
• GTM Support: Oversee and maintain all systems utilized by the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, ensuring smooth functionality, and support daily operations.
• Partner closely with the GTM department to streamline daily operations, familiarity with their systems (CRM, Tickets, Prospecting and Billing)
• Process Optimization: Working with the product team to evaluate and improve processes for both license and system management to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Data Management and Reporting: Work closely with the BI department to produce reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, CS, Marketing teams to ensure alignment, share updates, and deliver consistent support across all GTM systems and processes.
• Best Practices and Compliance: Develop, document, and promote best practices for managing licenses and GTM systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and enhancing overall team productivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven track record in operations/business analytics/project management
• 3-5 years of experience using Salesforce.com
• Data analysis experience, including expertise in different BI/analytical tools
• Experience with Salesforce – highly recommended
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
• Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities/multiple projects
• Demonstrated expertise in business financials
• Proven verbal and written communications skills
• Strong executive presence and professional maturity. Organized, methodical and process-oriented
• Team player with the highest level of integrity, who looks to innovate and improve processes and programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
