Position: Online Advertising Specialist Job Description: As an Online Advertising Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve the management, optimization, and execution of advertising campaigns across designated platforms. Key tasks will include setting up campaigns, analyzing performance data, and refining strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) for clients. Success in this role requires proficiency in digital advertising tools, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends. The expected outcome is the consistent delivery of high-quality results aligned with client goals. Work Environment: This is a fully remote position. While working hours are flexible, the role is generally part-time in nature. Upon joining, you will be provided with an agency email and access to G Suite tools. If you prefer working in other applications, any necessary work must still be translated to the agency's designated platforms. Further details regarding work settings will be clarified during the interview. Team Structure: Advencya is a collaborative agency with three co-founders, each managing specific areas of focus. The team will consist of around seven employees, with one specialist assigned per advertising platform. As the agency grows, there may be additional hires to further automate and enhance operations. All team expansions will be thoughtfully implemented, with input from the team. Supervision: We seek professionals we can trust—experts who can work independently. While performance will be monitored, the primary goal is to gather sufficient information to keep clients well-informed. Regular evaluations are designed to ensure the best results for the client, rather than micromanagement. Communication: Agency communication will primarily occur through Google’s suite of tools, including Google Meet, Chat, and Calendar. While we recognize that personal commitments may arise, timely communication is essential. A 24-hour response time is expected to maintain smooth operations. Decision-Making: You will have the autonomy to make decisions within your designated platform, allowing you to effectively manage campaigns and ensure high-quality work. This autonomy will enable the co-founders to focus on acquiring new clients and driving agency growth, ultimately benefiting the entire team. Performance Reviews: There will be two weekly updates: Monday: A detailed report including all changes made during the previous week, presented in a graph format. Thursday: A brief update outlining how the accounts are performing. Additionally, immediate communication is required for any critical issues that may jeopardize a client’s account.
