Lawyer for the M&A Professional - Position No. 1193

I.B.I. is seeking applicants for the following role in the legal department in its M&A advisory unit I.B.I. Capital:

Duties

• Handle legal issues relating to trust services in M&A transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements (share offerings, management of stock vesting, changes in legal structure and so forth).
• Draft and audit agreements and legal documentation.
• Work in cooperation with the various departments across the firm, providing support to client managers and operational functions.
• Oversee and deliver best practice in compliance with regulatory requirements and with international arrangements such as FACTA and GDPR.
• Handle dealings with shareholders and legal advisors

Qualifications

• Must be qualified lawyer with law degree
• Up to two years experience
• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English is essential
• Strong service orientation and high work standards
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• A keenness to learn and an ability to work well in both a team and individually
