Professional Services Operations & Project Manager

Radware is looking for experienced Project/Program manager to join our Advanced Professional Services organization.

The Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing Professional Services operation and strategic project’s delivery within the region.

The Project manager will work with the end customers and internally to coordinate plans, resources and processes to secure stable operation and deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience with managing multiple, concurrent, complex technological projects.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling operational aspects:
• Validate the new projects kicked off
• Allocate the required resources for the ongoing projects
• Validate the projects completed on time
• Monitor the projects pipeline and validate adequate resources planning and the associated risks
• Validate methodic delivery
• Reporting the status of the entire operation and projects delivery on a periodic basis.
• Plan and manage strategic projects in coordination with the customers and relevant internal teams.
• Drive the cooperation and coordination with Customers, Professional Services and Presale Engineers, Architects, Product Managers and R&D to secure successful project delivery.
• Identify risks and take appropriate measures to keep projects on track.
• Be the first escalation point of contact to our customers during the delivery of Professional Service projects in the region.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Proven 5-8 years of project management experience in a global environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Essential time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Language: English – Business proficiency level
