Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a dedicated marketing team of two professionals
• Drive team performance and professional development

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Oversee company website and mobile app development
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across global platforms
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies

Event Management

• Spearhead international trade shows and corporate events
• Plan and execute high-profile company events worldwide

Brand Development

• Create sophisticated marketing materials and presentations
• Design holiday greetings and promotional materials
• Develop premium print products for high-end clientele

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external partners including photographers, designers, app developers, and consultants
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and marketing consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Proven marketing management experience (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Previous team leadership experience (highly advantageous)
• Experience in luxury goods, diamond industry, or fashion/aesthetics (highly advantageous)
• Strong project management skills
• Creative vision with attention to detail

Travel Requirements:

• International travel 4 times per year (7-10 days per trip)
