About the job:

We are seeking a talented and eager-to-learn Node.js & TypeScript developer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our R&D team to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that contributes to the performance and scalability of our applications.
• Database Integration: Assist in developing and optimizing database schemas, writing queries, and ensuring data integrity with support from more experienced team members.
• Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in backend systems.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase.

Requirements:

• Experience: a minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript, plus at least one year of experience with RabbitMQ / Kafka.
• Database Skills: Proven expertise in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server), including hands-on experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
• Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with code collaboration tools.
• Problem-solving: Strong detection and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and mediate between internal functions effectively.
• Asynchronous Programming: proven experience and clear understanding of asynchronous programming and its application in backend development.

Desirable Skills (not required but a plus):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes / compose).
