Clean Room Packaging Operator

This position is responsible for the precise and sterile packaging of agricultural technology products in a clean room environment. Ensures adherence to strict quality and cleanliness standards to maintain product integrity and safety.

The company headquarter is in Tel Aviv.

Definition & Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial cultivation systems, ensuring optimal performance and yield.

·      Perform packaging tasks in a controlled, sterile environment (clean room).

·      Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clean room operations and product packaging.

·      Maintain cleanliness and sterilization protocols to ensure a contamination-free environment.

·      Inspect products for quality and packaging standards prior to final sealing.

·      Record and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and calibrations of equipment to support automated processes.
• Support planting, irrigation, harvesting, and monitoring operations in a sterile environment, adhering to strict working protocols.
• Collaborate with production team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D) to implement process improvements and optimize system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

·     Education – High school graduate

·     Experience in clean room or sterile environment work preferred.

·     Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

·     Basic Technical knowledge with an ability to troubleshoot mechanical and automated systems.

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to details and problem-solving skills.

·     Flexibility to work shifts and handle physical tasks as needed.

·     Must be a hands-on worker capable of executing tasks independently and efficiently.

·     Independent, fast learner, self-motivated, ability to multitask, detail- and  result-oriented,

·     Well-organized, responsible and reliable individual.

·     Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

·     Good level of English. Ability to read and write basic English text and work instructions.
