Product Team Lead

A Fintech start-up developing automated technology solutions for online payments in marketplaces is seeking a Product Lead.

Founded in 2020 by four entrepreneurs with successful exits, the company has recently completed a major funding round and has large, paying clients.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, offers parking, and operates a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities-

• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Drive Agile development methodologies and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Analyze data to inform product decisions and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to create customer-centric, innovative designs.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure our products solve real-world problems.
• Manage both inbound and outbound product initiatives to align with market needs.
• Oversee project management efforts, ensuring tasks are on track and within scope.

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a Product Team Lead.
• Proven hands-on experience in product management, with a focus on Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and KPI-driven product development.
• Demonstrated experience working with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly designs.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong client interaction experience, both inbound and outbound.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
