Recruiter Freelance Position

Clear Gate is an Israeli-based cyber-security and research company. We perform a cyber security risk assessment according to laws and regulations and suggest a mitigation plan to protect the organization’s data against malicious actors.

We are seeking a motivated and talented freelance Recruiter Specialist. Our mission is to connect top talent with exciting opportunities, and we need your expertise to help us achieve this goal. 

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with our hiring manager to understand the needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct organic searches using LinkedIn Recruiter to find potential candidates and build a strong network to connect with qualified candidates.
• Establish collaboration with various groups, such as academic facilities, to extend the candidate's pipelines.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Familiarity with different sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong ability to pay attention to details and prioritize work.
• Strong computer skills, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work from home without distractions.
