Marketing Analyst

We’re currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage existing paid search campaigns
• Own performance outcomes for specific accounts; develop deep understanding of KPIs impacting P&L
• Facilitate business development pitches by translating account performance into growth and optimization opportunities for our partners
• Maintain an A/B testing pipeline to deliver insights and drive strategy; strive to constantly improve upon account performance, iterating on wins and learning quickly from losses
• Liaison with Google account management team to remain on the cutting edge of Ads trends
• Monitor and react to performance trends in Google and Bing Ads to increase our competitiveness in SEM space
• Prepare and present performance reports, continuously identifying areas of potential optimization

Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• University degree - preferably B.Sc. in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in the English language
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Acute attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and consistently meetings deadlines
• A desire to constantly improve and excel in both individual and team performance
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Proactive attitude with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
