הצטרפו לצוות שלנו לתפקיד אנליסט/ית מוקדים לתפעול מערך מוקדי שירות הלקוחות וקחו חלק חשוב בשיפור ואופטימיזציה תהליכי עבודה משותפים בין הלקוחות, שליחים והיחידות העסקיות השונות. בתפקיד זה, תהיו בחזית שיפור תהליכים במחלקה, החל מניהול בקרות שכר ותקציבים ועד ייעול תפעולי, תוך שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם בעלי עניין מרכזיים בארגון. אם אתם בעלי חשיבה אסטרטגית, מיומנויות אנליטיות חזקות ותשוקה לשיפור תהליכים, זו הזדמנות מושלמת עבורכם להשפיע משמעותית על סטנדרטי השירות האיכותיים שלנו.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
- מחקר נתונים לשיפור ואופטימיזציה של תהליכים במחלקה בתחומים כגון ניהול שכר, תקצוב, שעות עבודה ותחבורה.
- יישום ותחזוקת תשתיות, כלים ותהליכים חדשים וקיימים.
- בניית כלים תומכים החלטות באקסל, עבודה שוטפת עם דוחות, נוסחאות מורכבות ופונקציות שונות.
- מעורבות בנושאים אסטרטגיים במחלקה ועבודה צמודה עם צוותים מקבלים לתכנון כוח העבודה, בקרה תקציבית, ניהול המשאב האנושי ועוד.
השכלה: תואר ראשון במנהל עסקים, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר
כישורים אנליטיים חזקים ב -Excel/Google Sheets/מערכות BI
ניסיון מוכח בבניית כלי ניתוח ובקרה באקסל (Excel)
ניסיון בניהול תהליכים פיננסיים ובקרות עבור עובדים שעתיים/ ניסיון במרכזי שירות ומוקדים טלפוניים מהווה יתרון משמעותי
יכולת עבודה עצמאית והובלת פרויקטים.
