Configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and follow-up on

inquiries forwarded to the manufacturer's teams.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Hands-On experience in positions such as IT / Network Support from large companies or supporting large business clients - Must
• Experience working with network security solutions such as
  
  

• Excellent understanding of network communication processes and protocols.
• Be able to work and learn independently.
• High verbal communication skills, and an ability to provide excellent service.
• Available for a full-time position.
• High English proficiency.
