Senior Manager – U.S. Tax Compliance

A leading professional services firm is seeking a U.S. Tax Senior Manager to join its rapidly expanding U.S. Tax Desk.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee U.S. Tax Compliance engagements, managing a diverse client portfolio.
• Review a wide range of U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns (corporates, partnerships, and individuals).
• Prepare and review U.S. tax provisions, including audit and non-audit SEC clients.
• Manage and supervise team members and interns, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with the International Tax Consulting group on various U.S. tax-related projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for consulting and compliance engagements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development support to the compliance team.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in U.S. Tax Compliance.
• Degree in Accounting, Law, or Economics (required).
• U.S. CPA or EA license.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions (preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and U.S. Tax Preparation Software.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a management role.
