Role Description:

We're seeking a top-notch Gen AI Engineer to join our core team. You'll be instrumental in developing and optimizing our AI capabilities, focusing on advanced prompt engineering, LLM integration, and building sophisticated AI agents. As a key player in our backend team, you'll design and implement intelligent systems that power our conversational analytics platform. We need someone who can push the boundaries of what's possible with Gen AI while maintaining production-grade reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience in AI/ML systems.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
• Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tools and libraries.
• Experience with production ML systems and MLOps practices.
• Strong background in NLP and conversational AI.
• Ability to balance research and practical implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with startup environments and rapid development cycles preferred.
