RMA Quality Engineer

An RMA quality engineer is needed for a technological company in the center

Description:

Support for the quality system and processes

Management of customer requests and complaints

Leading investigations and managing RMA and MRB committees

Interfaces with all departments in the company (engineering, application, supplier warehouse, etc.)

Analysis of root causes of faults and their treatment

Work with drawings and drawings

Requirements:

BS.c in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and Management

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of quality assurance and ISO 9001 or others

Mastery of Microsoft software, including advanced mastery of Excel

Qualified quality auditor - an advantage

High-level English (writing, reading, and speaking)
