Procurement Manager for Siemens Energy , a long-term position with no time limit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate procurement within the Siemens Energy division
- Report to the CFO
- Matrix management of procurement personnel at various sites
- Develop procurement policies
- Write procedures and work processes
- Handle infrastructure procurement, general procurement, technology, and outsourcing
- Manage employees and other buyers and procurement personnel at sites
- Close framework agreements and conduct strategic procurement
- Experience in procurement, procurement processes, and establishing procurement departments
- Experience with ERP systems
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
