Head of Product

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS startup as our Head of Product, where you’ll define and drive the product vision and strategy. In this role, you'll manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, using data to inform decisions and collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build customer-focused features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Shape and execute a product vision aligned with company goals.
• Roadmap Management: Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to validate ideas, prioritize features, and track product performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that meet market demand.
• Customer Insights: Gather and act on user feedback to guide product improvements.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in product management, with B2B SaaS experience required.
• Proven ability to drive data-informed product decisions from concept to market.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in early-stage startups is a plus, and familiarity with AI is an advance.
