GetSAT, a successful and dynamic technology company located in Rehovot, is looking for a legal counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, validate, and manage various contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives.
• Contribute to corporate governance and compliance, working closely with the Legal & Contract (L&C) Director.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks in business operations, providing preventive and remedial solutions.
• Support the negotiation of commercial offers and draft contracts with prospective customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Manage through-life aspects of sales contracts and key subcontracts, ensuring change order opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and analyze local laws and regulations to enhance legal expertise and ensure compliance.
• Provide legal support to functions like Finance (excluding tax), Purchasing, and Operations.
• Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel as required, adhering to Group policies.

Requirements:

• LL.B.
• 2-5 years of experience in international organizations or law firms, focusing on complex business and cross-border legal matters.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to legal challenges; ability to build trust with key decision-makers and officials.
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English.
