The Role

We seek a Senior BI Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for helping people turn data into knowledge. As Senior BI Engineer, your mission would be to enhance our data systems, turning billions of records into knowledge for data-based decision-making and app enrichment with accurate, coherent, reliable, and easily accessible information.

Responsibilities

You will be creating and maintaining ETL processes, data monitoring tools and dashboards.

You will support various teams, including data analysts, data scientists, product managers, backend engineers, operations managers and other stakeholders within the company, using data to collaborate on analytical and operational projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI Development (Data warehouse, pipelines, reporting)
• BSc graduate in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or similar
• Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and communications skills
• Highly skilled with SQL
• Passion for data and analytics
• Experience with Redshift
• Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, QlikView, Looker etc)

• Significant experience developing data pipelines using Spark or equivalent technologies
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Open table formats - Iceberg or Delta Lake
• Background in Online/Apps industry
• Experience in Oracle environments and PL/SQL in particular
