What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead a team of talented developers, guiding them through complex projects while staying deeply involved in the code. From designing new features to ensuring smooth deployment, you’ll have your hands in every part of the process. Reporting directly to the VP R&D, you’ll help scale our backend infrastructure, optimize workflows, and set the standard for technical excellence.

You have >>

• Leadership experience: You’ve managed at least one dev team in a startup setting.
• Tech expertise: 8+ years in software development, strongly focusing on backend systems, SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud-native solutions.
• Architecture skills: Familiarity with microservices, message brokers, and databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Precision and vision: You can set high coding standards and bring out the best in your team.
• Communication: You know how to deliver a message clearly, whether it’s about code or strategy.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or identity management tools.
