Job Description:

As the Creative Designer, you will lead the brand design vision, develop and execute creative strategies across different digital platforms. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing, development, and product managers, and be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end creative process from concept through to execution.
• Develop creative concepts with marketing and product teams.
• Design visual assets for digital platforms (social media, email, website).
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Develop and maintain the brand guidlines and design system.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, interactive design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design platforms tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Ability to mentor teams and create a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience in the E-commerce, Fintech, or another technology-related field - Advantage
