Position Description

This role is dynamic and challenging, combining business understanding with product development expertise. As Associate Product Manager for MentorLearn, you will play a key role in managing projects across global regions, shaping product strategy, and developing content to enhance user engagement and product adoption. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering capabilities to develop a high-impact learning management system for the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate the product development process for MentorLearn from concept through launch, working with Software Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Product Strategy & Development: Contribute to the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with customers and stakeholders across regions to understand unique requirements and feedback, ensuring high-quality product adaptation and satisfaction.
• Data Analytics: Use data analytics to track product performance and user engagement, applying insights to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and enhance the platform.
• Content Development: Prepare product documentation, training materials, and tutorials to drive product understanding and user success.
• Product Enablement: Support marketing and customer success teams by creating collateral, demos, and support materials for both internal and external use.
  
  

• Education: BSc - Required
• Experience: 1+ year in product or project management within a globally oriented company – Required
• Technical Orientation: Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with software development processes - Required
• Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) for tracking and interpreting key metrics - Required
• LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a significant advantage
• Experience with AI integrations and data management regulation – advantage.
• Language: Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 2-3 times per year for conferences and customer meetings.
