What You’ll Do:

As a Product Designer at Sightfull, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting experiences that turn dense data into clarity. You’ll take the lead in designing features that users genuinely love—from the first sketch to the final pixel. Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Writers, you’ll be part of a collaborative crew focused on delivering sleek, intuitive, and impactful designs.

What You’ll Own:

• Dream up and deliver designs for new features and product improvements that make users go Wow!
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that strike the perfect balance between beauty and usability.
• Get into the mind of the user—run research sessions, gather feedback, and iterate until everything clicks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life in a way that feels effortless for users.
• Keep our design system sharp and consistent as the product evolves.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience designing products, focusing on SaaS, B2B, or complex platforms.
• Strong portfolio of product design that showcases your ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe.
• A passion for user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Killer communication skills—you know how to explain your ideas and collaborate in a remote-first environment.
