Customer Success Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Analyst to join our Customer Success department. This role focuses on aggregating customer success indicators and coordinating with various teams to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Power BI and SQL, as well as the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Customer Success Data Aggregation:

• Collect, analyse, and aggregate data related to customer success indicators.
• Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer success data to support business objectives.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide support and training for internal users of Power BI reports and dashboards.

SQL Data Management:

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Manage and manipulate large datasets to ensure data integrity and quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in data analytics and Power BI technologies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in Power BI development and Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English oral and written.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView - Advantage.
• Certifications in Power BI or SQL - Advantage
