Product Team Lead

GTH Software, a leading software company specialized in developing online gaming platforms and games, is seeking a Product Team Lead to be responsible of both inbound and outbound B2C e-gaming products.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Product KPIs: Define, monitor, and continuously optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of your product.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver smart engines, cutting-edge UI/UX features, and support for all major global markets.

• Drive innovation: Lead the exploration of new business opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and deliver the best solutions to meet business objectives.

• Translate business needs into action: Move from high-level business challenges to detailed, actionable product requirements that align with customer and market needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of Product management experience in a B2C or B2B2C software company, with gaming or gambling industry experience as a strong advantage.

• Strategic problem solver: Proven ability to translate customer needs and market trends into business opportunities and clearly defined product requirements.

• Leadership and influence: A track record of successfully presenting product strategies and solutions to senior leadership teams.

• Cross-platform expertise: Experience leading and coordinating work with distributed, cross-functional teams across different platforms and geographies.

• Strong analytical and communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented: Demonstrated experience in crafting and refining detailed design and technical requirements.
