A pension fund managed by the company has approximately NIS 3.8 billion in assets

The fund has been closed to new colleagues since 1995, making it a RUNOFF fund that manages assets for retirees and existing colleagues.

The organization is non-profit and does not distribute profits to shareholders.

The Jewish Agency owns 50%, and the Jewish Agency employs 50%.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Manager located in Jerusalem.
• The overall responsibility for the company's investment system, including preparing materials for the investment committee and developing the fund's investment policy.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, risk manager, debt forum manager, ombudsman, and supervise outsourced investment managers.
• Working with the actuarial report to adjust the fund's assets to its pensioner obligations in accordance with the fund's short- and long-term cash flow.
• Undertake the company's procedures, audits, and regulations in the field of investments, including monitoring and correcting deficiencies.
• Partnership in key decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management license - mandatory

• Three years' experience as an analyst/mandatory investment manager

• Expertise in financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets.

• Education in finance (preferably an economics degree or a master's degree in economics/business administration with a concentration in finance);

• Ability to work in Excel at a high level with full control.

• Experience investing in profitable real estate - an advantage.

• Knowledge of regulation, especially long-term savings (advantage).
