Requirements:

Relevant experience from the high-tech sector, with a focus on internal processes.

Experience as an operations manager in the catering industry or related fields.

Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record in team management and motivation.

Knowledge of franchising and tender processes.

Experience in process development and implementation.

High-level organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
