Product Manager - Data & Machine Learning

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge data and machine learning solutions for the defense industry. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, understanding technological needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Gather and translate client requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers and software. Define requirements and specifications to translate product vision into reality.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the product development process.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle, including updates, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the data and machine learning domain.
• Expertise in software architecture, with strong learning capabilities and familiarity with modern software technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, MLOps tools like MLflow and Kubeflow) for designing scalable and innovative solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the defense sector.
