Production Supervisor join VPG Sensors Division in Modiin

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring smooth flow between stations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks by managing workforce (HC) and work-in-progress (WIP) effectively.
• Lead shift passdowns, align with managers on priorities, quality standards, and production goals.
• Track and achieve cycle time (CT) and efficiency targets, managing discrepancies and rework as needed.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Oversee team attendance, coordinate vacation schedules, and manage logistical needs.
• Lead new employee training, cross-training, and ongoing safety training for your team.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and safety regulations.
• Great communication skills to motivate your team and collaborate with management.
• Russian and English Speakers - preferred
