DevSecOps Business Development Manager

Real Time Group LTD, a Software and Hardware Solutions Center is looking for an experienced DevSecOps Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue in the rapidly evolving DevSecOps space.

This role blends technical understanding of secure software delivery pipelines with business development expertise, enabling you to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help organizations integrate security seamlessly into their DevOps workflows.

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients & partners.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge DevSecOps solutions.
• Translate complex tech into clear business value.
• Stay ahead of trends in cloud-native security, CI/CD, and compliance.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years business development or sales in DevOps, cybersecurity, or cloud.
• Strong grasp of secure software delivery pipelines.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Base salary + commission.
