Supply Chain Startup - Marketing Lead

A Symbol portfolio company is looking for a Marketing Lead to join the team.

We’re an early-stage startup with big ambitions and a passionate team focused on an AI-driven, Supply Chain & Fintech solution to mid-market companies. Joining as our Marketing Lead is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our growth. We're looking for a talented, ambitious, hands-on marketer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, bring results fast and take the leap into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute content strategy to build engagement and position us as a thought leader within our space. You must be a natural storyteller who can strategize and deliver compelling content for various channels and purposes, and constantly iterate on it.
• Be truly curious about the personas the company is servicing. Aspire to learn everything about them and ensure we speak their language.
• Engage and orchestrate service providers (agencies and freelancers) to maximize impact and ensure cohesion. 
• Lead all brand-building initiatives, including the development of visual identity, tone, and customer touch points.
• Oversee growth marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) to drive lead generation.
• Map and organize attendance to conferences, professional media outlets, reports etc, to increase our footprint in the industry.
• Implement project management processes to track progress and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Fluent in English - a must.
• Excellent written and communication skills, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging.
• Proven track record of independently creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal guidance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in targeting traditional industries and audiences - a strong advantage.
