Back Office Employee

We are a leading Family Office in Tel-Aviv looking for a middle-office, client facing position.

It is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Finance function in this Multi Family Office. You will be supporting the team in managing the firm’s clients and ongoing operations. Reporting to the head of Client Relations and Chief Investment Officer.

Objectives:

• Gathering and analyzing data to support investment decisions
• Continuous benchmarking of managers and definition of mandates
• Close monitoring of portfolios and reporting of alerts
• Market analysis and global vision of the investment universe
• Support, build and analyze portfolios database
• Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information, identify trends, establish portfolios and make forecasts
• Proficient in excel - MUST
• Fluent in English and Hebrew - MUST
• Full time position

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of deliverables for each investment committee
• Ongoing back-office support to our clients

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Studied in business and/or economics
• Solid understanding of investment portfolio statements
• Solid understanding of Global Capital Markets
• Strong attention to details and high quality of work
• High capabilities of service
