DevOps TL/Architect

General Description:

For a comprehensive digital modernization project, we are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead the establishment of DevOps infrastructure from scratch. The role requires both technological and managerial leadership, including hands-on work. The project involves building advanced microservices architecture, advanced production deployments, and supporting development processes with the integration of CI/CD methodologies.

Responsibilities:

                  •               Lead the DevOps team and build infrastructure from scratch as part of a digital transformation project.

                  •               Design and establish Kubernetes architecture using OpenShift.

                  •               Develop advanced CI/CD processes for microservices using Jenkins and ArgoCD.

                  •               Working with DevSecOps tools and methodologies.

Manage and implement Monitoring and Logging solutions with Splunk.

                  •               Lead production deployments in a High Availability (HA) environment and handle Disaster Recovery processes.

                  •               Implement and manage feature flags for gradual deployments and real-time feature management.

                  •               Work closely with development, QA, and security teams, creating dashboards to monitor processes and applications.

                  •               Combine hands-on work addressing complex technological issues with team management and guidance.

Mandatory Requirements:

                  •               At least 5-6 years of practical experience in the DevOps field.

                  •               Managerial experience with teams and leading complex technological projects.

                  •               Proven experience in setting up CI/CD processes for microservices from scratch.

                  •               Expertise in Kubernetes, especially with OpenShift.

                  •               Experience working with Jenkins and ArgoCD for development and deployment processes.

                  •               Experience in implementing monitoring and log management solutions (Splunk).

                  •               Knowledge and experience working with Redis.

                  •               Significant experience in production deployments with HA management and Disaster Recovery.

                  •               Proficiency with tools such as Artifactory, Vault, BitBucket, and Jira.

                  •               Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development, testing, and security teams.
