Senior FP&A Manager for a SaaS Company

We are a SaaS Company.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Manager to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic

financial decisions, forecasting, and performance analysis at the company. The ideal

candidate will bring extensive FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and a

collaborative approach to partnering with senior management to achieve business

objectives.

What You Bring:

 Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in Economics,

Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

 Proven Experience: A minimum of 7 years of FP&A or Economist

experience, with a demonstrated history of improving and refining FP&A

processes.

 Data Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in managing and analyzing large

data sets, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex

problems.

 Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;

familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau is an

advantage.

 SaaS Industry Experience: Experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS)

industry is highly desirable.

 Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly articulate

complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

 Lead Financial Strategy: Drive the development and execution of the

company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring proactive financial

planning.

 Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver actionable financial forecasting and

performance analysis to influence key business decisions and drive company

growth.

 Monitor Financial Performance: Oversee the tracking and analysis of

financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-

term objectives.

 Collaborate with Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner to senior

management, helping to shape financial strategy and provide insights for

informed decision-making.

 Conduct Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop financial models and

conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities that support

business growth and strategic initiatives.

 Drive Key Initiatives: Lead the financial aspects of strategic projects,

collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into successful

outcomes.

 Enhance Communication: Serve as a key communicator, presenting

financial results and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders across

the organization.
