Planning and Licensing Manager

A Data Infrastructure and Analytics Company is looking for a Planning and Licensing Manager to join the project implementation team at a company that specializes in the construction of Data Centers.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly planning and licensing meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and monitoring the completion of tasks assigned to planners and consultants.
• Oversee consultant and planner engagement, including handling invoices and contract signings.
  
  

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing the planning of construction projects; experience with server farms is a plus.
• High-level proficiency in English is required.
