Position Overview:

As a Security Vulnerability Researcher, you'll be responsible for researching security vulnerabilities across third-party software and vendors. Your insights will guide our patch management efforts and inform customers about critical vulnerabilities and their remediations. You'll be responsible for raising customer awareness about vulnerabilities and advocating for timely remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze vulnerabilities from major vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, Google, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, patches, and security trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide vulnerability insights and remediation strategies.
• Create concise vulnerability reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in vulnerability research with companies like Tenable, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CVEs, patching processes, and security trends.
• Analytical skills to assess vulnerabilities based on impact and risk.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python) to develop remediation scripts.
• Strong writing skills; public speaking experience is a plus but not required.
